Do you have a passion for senior care and the leadership skills to drive meaningful change? Caring Senior Service of Sugar Land is seeking a bilingual Care Manager to lead our caregiving team and ensure that clients receive exceptional, personalized care in the comfort of their own homes.
As a Care Manager, you’ll be a vital leader in our mission, empowering caregivers, supporting families, and ensuring seniors receive the dignity-driven care they deserve. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone with caregiving experience who is ready to mentor others, strengthen client relationships, and grow professionally in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
Recruit & Hire: Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified caregivers to meet client demand.
Train & Develop: Oversee caregiver onboarding and provide ongoing training and mentorship.
Performance Management: Conduct evaluations and coaching to support caregiver growth and accountability.
Care Coordination: Assist with client onboarding and care plan development (licensed nurses may write care plans).
Scheduling & Coverage: Strategically match caregivers with clients and ensure dependable staffing.
Client & Family Liaison: Foster trusting relationships and respond to concerns with empathy and efficiency.
Provide Care as Needed: Step in to deliver direct care during emergencies or staffing gaps (including ADLs, companionship, and medication reminders).
Experience in caregiving, healthcare management, or home care services
Proven ability to lead and support a team
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Compassionate, service-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to pass background checks
Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
Monday–Friday, daytime hours
Rotating on-call coverage (evenings and weekends)
Local travel to client homes as required
Salary: $35,000–$42,000 annually, depending on experience
