Caring Senior Service is actively seeking an experienced and dynamic leader to join our team as the Agency Director.
As the Agency Director, you will play a crucial role in driving the success and growth of our organization. Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic direction and overall leadership to the agency, ensuring alignment with the company’s mission, vision, and goals.
- Develop and implement business plans, marketing and recruitment strategies, and operational policies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Manage and oversee all aspects of agency operations, including client care, caregiver recruitment and retention, financial management, and regulatory compliance.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork, professional development, and accountability.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key clients, families, healthcare professionals, and community organizations.
- Monitor industry trends and changes in regulations to ensure compliance and adapt the agency’s operations accordingly.
- Analyze performance metrics and financial reports to drive continuous improvement and achieve optimal operational efficiency.
- Act as the primary spokesperson and representative for the agency, both internally and externally, building the company’s brand and reputation within the community.
- Collaborate with other Agency Directors and corporate leadership to share best practices, leverage resources, and drive organizational growth.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a leadership role within the senior care industry, with a strong understanding of home care operations and regulations.
- Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a high-performing team.
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking, with a demonstrative track record of achieving and exceeding business objectives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficient in financial management and budgeting, with the ability to analyze financial data and make informed decisions.
- Knowledge and experience with regulatory requirements within the senior care industry.
- Ability to adapt to fast-paced and evolving environments, making sound decisions under pressure.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
