As a Care Manager, you’ll play a vital role in shaping the future of senior care, ensuring that our caregivers have the skills, knowledge, and confidence to deliver the highest quality of care. Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Staffing: Seek out and hire qualified caregivers based on our office’s recruitment plan. Maintain a pool of caregivers to meet the growing needs of our clients.
- Training & Mentorship: Train and mentor new and existing caregivers on best practices for providing care, communication skills, and handling challenging situations.
- Caregiver Development: Develop and implement ongoing training programs to help caregivers grow in their roles and provide regular feedback through performance reviews and coaching.
- Client Onboarding & Care Plans: Assist with onboarding new clients, ensuring smooth transitions. If licensed (LPN or RN), develop personalized care plans.
- Caregiver-Client Matching & Scheduling: Match caregivers with clients based on needs and preferences and manage caregiver schedules accordingly.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and their families, addressing any concerns and providing exceptional customer service.
- Collaboration & Feedback: Act as a liaison between caregivers and the management team, sharing insights and suggestions to improve services.
- Hands-On Care (As Needed): Provide direct care to clients when necessary, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs), medication reminders, meal preparation, and companionship.
Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience providing hands-on care to seniors, either professionally or personally.
- Ability to pass federal and state background checks and registry checks.
- Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance.
- Comfortable working with computers and Microsoft products.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Compassionate, patient, and motivated by a desire to help others.
- Positive attitude, collaborative spirit, and a sense of humor to create a fun, supportive work environment.
Position Details and Work Hours:
- Office Location: Georgetown, Texas
- Position Type: Full-Time
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
- Rotating on-call evenings and weekends (required) to cover shift call-offs when needed.
- Be available to travel to client homes as frequently required.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Pay: $40,000-$50,000 annually.
