Job Description: We are looking for an energetic and goal-driven Home Care Consultant to help us grow our brand and extend our reach to seniors and their families in need of home care services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving new business, fostering relationships with potential clients, and managing marketing initiatives that support our mission of providing exceptional senior care. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, marketing, and customer relationship management, as well as a strong understanding of the senior care industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Execute Marketing Strategies: Design and implement creative marketing campaigns to promote our home care services, focusing on growing brand awareness and increasing customer acquisition.
  • Generate and Track Sales Leads: Identify and engage with healthcare professionals, and referral partners to drive new business opportunities. Manage and track the entire sales pipeline from lead generation to conversion.
  • Conduct Market Research and Competitive Analysis: Analyze local market trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to identify opportunities for business growth and optimize marketing efforts.
  • Create and Manage Marketing Materials: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop brochures, presentations, digital content, and other promotional materials that clearly communicate the value of our services.
  • Community Outreach and Event Participation: Represent the company at local events, networking functions, and community outreach activities to promote our services and build relationships with referral sources.
  • Monitor and Report on Key Metrics: Regularly evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and sales strategies, providing reports on performance, customer acquisition, and ROI to senior management.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with the operations, care, and recruitment teams to ensure that the services we offer align with client needs and expectations, providing a seamless experience from initial consultation to ongoing care.
  • Manage Budgets and Resources: Oversee the marketing budget and resource allocation to ensure campaigns are effective and cost-efficient while meeting business objectives.
  • Ensure Compliance and Best Practices: Stay up to date on industry regulations and best practices to ensure all marketing activities are compliant with healthcare marketing standards.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a marketing or sales role, preferably in the home care, healthcare, or related industry.
  • Strong knowledge of home care services and an understanding of the challenges and needs of seniors and their families.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage potential clients and referral sources in meaningful ways.
  • A results-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and campaigns.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing, CRM software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
  • A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
