Job Summary
The Registered Nurse develops the Individual Service Plan of Care for our clients, teaches caregivers/CNAs how to properly and safely care for aging adults and supervises care.
Duties include:
- Consult with clients and families to asses needs
- Establish recommendation for and create care plans
- Educate patients and their families on managing medical conditions and maintaining a healthy lifestyle
- Conduct caregiver skills evaluation and training
- Conduct caregiver orientation to Client
- Perform regular supervisory visits
Pay:
- This is a PRN position.
- Set fee schedule for assessment, re-assessments, supervisory visits, etc
Location:
- Wilmington and New Hanover County
- Willingness to travel in Brunswick and other counties surrounding Wilmington
Qualifications:
- Current license in good standing as a Registered Nurse by the North Carolina Board of Nursing
- Strong organizational skills and customer service oriented
