Role Overview: As a Care Manager, you'll be instrumental in transforming lives through compassionate care, organizing and overseeing care plans, and advocating for the well-being and dignity of each senior. Your role will include training and matching caregivers with clients, scheduling, conducting needs assessments, and ensuring top-notch care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage individualized care plans.
- Train and coordinate caregivers.
- Schedule and conduct client and family consultations.
- Ensure quality care and compliance with standards.
- Provide support and guidance to caregivers and families.
What We’re Looking For:
- Passion for eldercare and customer service.
- Proven experience in senior care and/or management.
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and meet deadlines.
- Previous caregiver experience is a plus.
- Healthcare management education is a plus.
