We are currently seeking a dynamic Home Care Consultant to join our Caring Team. This role is ideal for a results-driven, compassionate professional with a passion for senior care and community engagement. You will build meaningful relationships with healthcare providers, generate client referrals, and help families access the support they need.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective sales and outreach strategies to drive new client referrals

Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, community organizations, and referral partners

Consistently achieve or exceed monthly sales and outreach goals

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and outreach activities

Represent Caring Senior Service at community events, health fairs, and networking opportunities

Collaborate closely with office staff and caregivers to ensure exceptional service delivery
Qualifications:

Proven experience in a similar role within home care, healthcare, or senior services

Knowledge of home care practices, medical terminology, and relevant industry regulations

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build trust

Compensation:

Competitive annual salary: $45,000 – $55,000, based on experience
