This is a key business development role for someone with healthcare or home care experience who’s passionate about senior care and thrives in a goal-driven environment.
Develop & Execute Sales Strategies: Identify opportunities, qualify leads, and convert prospects into loyal clients
Build Trusted Referral Networks: Engage physicians, hospitals, rehab centers, and senior organizations
Represent Us in the Community: Attend events, host presentations, and act as a local brand ambassador
Support Seamless Client Onboarding: Work closely with the care coordination team to ensure smooth transitions
Track Metrics & Outcomes: Maintain accurate sales logs and monthly performance goals
Proven success in sales, outreach, or referral development (preferably in home care, hospice, or healthcare)
Strong knowledge of senior care services and industry best practices
Excellent communication, networking, and relationship-building skills
