About Us: We are a dedicated non-medical, in-home caregiver agency, offering personal care, meal preparation, medication reminders, housekeeping, and more to help seniors stay healthy, happy, and in their own homes.
Position: Full-Time Care Manager
Shifts Available: Weekends and Evenings
Responsibilities:
- Train and match caregivers with clients
- Schedule and consult with clients and families for needs assessments
- Orient caregivers to clients
- Ensure GreatCare® and uphold high standards
Requirements:
- Passion for eldercare
- Experience in senior care (caregiving experience a plus)
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and listening communication
- Commitment to customer service and teamwork
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities
- Previous management experience in healthcare or a relevant field preferred
- Education in Healthcare Management considered
