As a Care Manager, you won’t just coordinate care—you’ll empower caregivers, build meaningful relationships with clients and families, and play a central role in the well-being of our seniors. You’ll serve as the vital link between caregivers, clients, and the leadership team—ensuring every senior receives care with the highest level of compassion, professionalism, and respect.

What You'll Do:

  • Recruitment & Staffing: Recruit and onboard skilled caregivers to meet growing client demand

  • Training & Mentorship: Lead hands-on training and ongoing education for new and existing caregivers

  • Caregiver Development: Conduct performance reviews, coach team members, and support their growth

  • Client Onboarding & Care Planning: Welcome new clients and coordinate personalized care plans (licensed nurses may write plans)

  • Scheduling & Matching: Align caregiver skill sets and personalities with client needs and preferences

  • Client Relations: Build strong, trusting relationships with clients and families; respond promptly to concerns

  • Team Collaboration: Act as a liaison between caregivers and leadership, offering insights for continuous improvement

  • Direct Care (As Needed): Step in to provide personal care and companionship when required

What You Bring:

  • Experience in healthcare, home care, or a related caregiving/management role

  • Previous hands-on caregiving experience required

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills

  • Valid driver’s license, insurance, and ability to travel locally

  • Ability to pass all state and federal background checks

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)

Work Schedule:

  • Monday through Friday, standard office hours

  • Rotating on-call evenings and weekends (required)

  • Travel to client homes as needed

Compensation & Perks:

  • Salary: $35,000–$42,000 per year, based off of experience

  • Mileage reimbursement
