Key Responsibilities:

  • Visit Key Referral Sources weekly and build relationships with them
  • Document all visits to Referral Sources
  • Participate in Industry Related Organizations
  • Organize Quarterly Marketing Events
  • Conduct Client Intakes when needed.

Qualifications:

  • Professional appearance, presentation skills and outgoing personality
  • Graduate of accredited college or university is preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance and reliable transportation.
  • Two years sales and marketing experience in a healthcare setting, with Home Care background preferred. Have an existing book of accounts preferred.
  • Good understanding of the Long-Term Care market and referral sources, including acute care.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to read, write, and speak the English language fluently.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships at all levels of our organization.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team

Work Hours:

  • Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
  • Occasional evenings and weekends for Marketing Events.
  • Be available to travel to client homes as frequently required.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Opportunities for higher pay is possible, if you have senior industry experience, with solid local connections. If you are already good at marketing, then you will not be held back, because there are incentives, for increasing our census.
  • Expected Hours: 36 – 42 hours per week.
